Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
There was miscommunication about the way they charge for the gun safe (by weight instead of for the service like the U-Haul website describes it). It would have been helpful to know that beforehand. We were able to work it out with the owner and he was very helpful. His team did a great job, they were efficient and professional.
